Dinner

An elegant affair in the main salon, a feast for the eyes as well as the palate-

Fresh Fish – usually grilled, topped by Caribbean salsas or tangy island style sauces

One More Piece Pie – a special creation of scallops nestled in a yogurt crust,
swimming with mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes and a medley of cheeses.

Grilled Meats – medallions of pork grilled by your Captain or tender filet mignon
served with sautéed onions, mushrooms and artichokes

Desert

Last but not least...
