Silent Partner's Crew 
Ralph and Celeste Palmer Captain Ralph has been sailing since the age of ten and has held his U.S. Coast Guard license for many years. He is an avid beach cat sailor and has raced small boats for thirty years. Ralph is also a dedicated fisherman and has captained many fishing charters off the New Jersey coast. After retirement from a career in mechanical sales and marketing, Ralph dedicated himself to sailing, fishing and writing about the history of fishing and its tackle. He has been a columnist for an angling magazine and is always honing his angling skills. Having cruised for many years, Ralph will now have the opportunity to share his many skills with guests aboard Silent Partner II. Chef and First Mate, Celeste, grew up in the rolling hills and beautiful
farming community of Chester County, Pennsylvania. Her love of the
ocean and sailing was born fifteen years ago when she and Ralph married.
A legal professional, she has managed departments and offices in her
working career. A lady of many interests, her true passion is cooking
and entertaining. She takes great pride and satisfaction in creating
exquisite menus, utilizing fresh, healthy ingredients, local flavors,
and adding her personal gourmet touch. Every charter menu is designed
to reflect the unique preferences and dietary requirements of each
of her charter guests. Celeste combines Caribbean charm and simple
elegance. "Silent Partner II" and her
