Captain Kevin Parsons with Chef Lisa Mead

Kevin began sailing at a very early age in the Canadian tidal waters of the Pacific Northwest. After sailing in Hawaii, Thailand, the West Coast of North America and throughout the Caribbean, he chose the British Virgin Islands as home. Kevin has lived and taught sailing in the BVI for the last ten years and is an unsurpassed expert in finding the best spots for diving, snorkeling and quiet getaways. This I.S.P.A. Yachtmaster and seasoned sailing instructor will ensure that you are in very good hands when out on the water. Besides sailing, Kevin is an active runner, snowboarder, diver and photographer. He is a grilling aficionado, creative story teller and makes the tastiest blender drinks on the planet.

Lisa has been chartering as a chef for the past ten years, that is, when she's not busy catering a shore-side event. She's served aboard vessels as large as 120 feet, and from the Mediterranean Sea to the Whitsunday Islands off Queensland's Pacific shore to her home in the BVI. When not busy in the galley, Lisa is an accomplished artist. Lisa honed her culinary skills both in school in her native Australia and in Singapore, where she enriched her menu with the influence of Asian cuisines.
