Your accommodations aboard Carabella feature private stairs leading to the spacious master stateroom, with a walk-around queen sized bed, satellite TV/VCR, and en suite private head with shower. Mirrored dressers on each side and a hanging locker offer ample room for storage (although you won’t need much except shorts and a swimsuit!)

The main salon, with its oversized L-shaped settee, provides plenty of indoor comfort, complete with satellite TV, VCR, and stereo system.

Once the anchor is set, it’s easy to snorkel or go for a leisurely swim in the crystal clear Caribbean waters from the full-width swim platform and attached ladder. Finish with a quick freshwater rinse from the transom shower before climbing aboard. If you’ve had a little too much sun, shades on all three sides of the aft deck can easily be lowered. Relax on one of the upholstered teak love seats while Shary prepares frozen drinks and hors d’oeuvres at the aft deck party kitchen, complete with granite topped wet bar, ice maker, gas grill and convection oven.

Captain Jerry and Shary Morson

Jerry and Shary Morson are an energetic, personable, American couple who love meeting new friends and the live-aboard life style. Cruising the Caribbean has been their dream come true, and now they would like to share a little piece of that dream with you!

Prior to island life, both worked for large Fortune 500 companies, which never seemed to leave enough time to enjoy their love of boating. They have 25 years experience on the water, and both hold USCG 100-ton Masters Licenses.

Jerry has a mechanical engineering degree, and in addition to working for one of the nation’s largest corporations, owned and operated a marine fabricating and outfitting business. He has equipped Carabella with many features found only on larger yachts to add to your comfort and enjoyment during your stay.

Shary’s career in the electronics industry left her little time to pursue her true calling in the culinary field. Her experience planning and preparing food for events, and her love of cooking (especially baking!) are a definite people pleaser on Carabella. She considers her gourmet menus to be ethnically eclectic, and from Mediterranean mezze to her homemade baklava, will delight you with her culinary prowess.
