Fran's an accomplished chef who gained much of her culinary experience working in various hotels and restaurants in Spain and the Channel Islands before setting sail with Steuart on their own charter yacht in the Persian Gulf. Her cuisine reflects their travels throughout the world and brings an international flair to her menu. She specializes in beautifully presented, healthy meals.
