Smoked salmon roulades served with cracked black pepper and lemon accompanied with water biscuits

Teriyaki chicken wings with a blue cheese dip

Lobster fritters with horseradish dip

Dinner

Roast leg of lamb, served with sweet potatoes and fresh asparagus topped with a tart lemon sauce

Oven baked mahi mahi with a soft raspberry sauce basmati rice

Beef tenderloin with a rich black bean sauce, wild rice and roasted veggies

Poached salmon in white wine sauce accompanied by wild rice and snow peas

All dinners are served with a selection of fine wines
