You have ample choice of lounging areas on which to relax and unwind. The main salon seats ten for dining, the massive cockpit area provides a "seaside terrace" atmosphere and is ideal for entertaining. Her spacious interior is finished in light beech with 6'5" minimum headroom throughout. Relax in air conditioned comfort under the eleven skylights of the main salon. The onboard cellular phone allows you to stay in touch with the world you left behind.

The galley offers just about every modern convenience you could possibly want as well as sufficient refrigeration space for a large quantity of food. She boasts over 1000 square feet of deck space, 2 double sun-tanning mattresses and 2 large nets to lounge in. A cockpit large enough for dancing with 2 tables under the shade of the bimini to allow you to dine "al fresco" or relax out of the sun. Sailing aboard this "magic carpet" is exhilarating, she flies along at speeds far exceeding those of most monohulls, but safe as she remains a stable platform without the heeling over of a monohull.

Captain Andy Smith,

Captain Andy is an experienced sailor who when not on charter lives
aboard his own 51 foot sailboat Aphrodite II that he and his wife of 30
years sail down from the US East coast regularly.

Andy spent eight years cruising and chartering in the Virgin Islands
and sailed for many years on Lake Michigan and holds a USCG Masters
license with sailing endorsement, STCW Certification, advanced
Charter training Certification and open water diving certification, and is currently taking his divemaster course.

Andy is British born and has lived in the United States and Canada for 30 years, holds UK, US. and Canadian Pasports and has traveled the world
extensively. In a previous life Andy was a consultant and trainer in the Corporate world, a career that took him world wide setting up retail dealerships and training service personel for a major US recreational vehicle
manufacturer. Andy was also coordinator of training at a Canadian college and has attended and earned degrees in communication and production
engineering from North Western Illinois University.

Captain Andy is laid back (except about safety), personable and well educated and and can converse on a wide variety of subjects thanks to his broad life experience and can make any charter guest feel comfortable while
ensuring their safety and making their vacation aboard Lionheart a week to remember always.

Guests love catching their own dinner! For Captain Only trips, guests provision and cook their own meals or sample local restaurants.
